About Us

Working with grandparents and adult siblings in raising youth that have been placed in their care.  We care about building that cohesive trust in the new family structure with therapy, daily living skills and resources options. 

Providing safe place for members to explore and share about their views of their life and the things that affect it.  Counselling is offered in groups, family and individual sessions.

Learning ways to navigate my day-to-day life and explore goal planning for my future.  Offering nutritional planning/prepping, simple routine/schedule development, and companion support in community/home.
