At Heart of Essence , our mission is to provide various social service to families in need of support. We strive to empower those we serve to see their inner strength, while improve their overall quality of life.
Our History
Heart of Essence is built on 15 years of community social service through its founders experiences seeing the need for more caring and compassion supports to families outside of traditional metal health settings. We strive to connect and meet the changing needs of our community, while remaining true to our core values of compassion, respect, and integrity with all while servicing our members and community sponsors.
Our Model
We provide a variety of services for individuals and families with personal and community programs to our members. We are committed to helping those we serve achieve their goals, improve their lives, and strive in their communities.
